Faces of Courage: Voices of Change

It’s time to raise our voices for change.

In celebration of National Victims of Crime Awareness Week, we are sharing stories of courage, hope and healing.

Faces of Courage: Voices of Change highlights the stories of women fleeing violence and the many people who work behind-the-scenes to support them as they find safety. It is a celebration of the work that is being done in our community to increase the safety of women and children.  It is a celebration of courage.

Here at Surrey Women’s Centre we are committed to building a network of support for women and children fleeing violence. We are truly honoured to share the words, insight and stories of the people who make this possible.

Read Patricia's story of survival, and the stories of the many people who stand beside her and other survivors of violence.

Together, we are building a better future.

Read our words and share our stories with your family and friends. Raise your voice for change.
