A note from our Legal Clinic...
Please be informed that the Supreme Court no longer carries court forms or applications relating to family law issues at the courthouse. Individuals must print them online from the Attorney General’s website: http://www.ag.gov.bc.ca/courts/other/supreme/2010SupRules/info/index_family.htm If you require free computer and printing printing services, stop by the “Resource Room” at SCOPE: Surrey Community Outreach Program for Employment located at 1 - 10318 Whalley Boulevard, Surrey, BC; (604) 951-1300. SCOPE does not require any personal id or have a specific age range and you do not need to be enrolled in a SCOPE program or looking for employment to use their "Resource Room" Provincial court forms are still available at the courthouse, as well as online at: http://www.ag.gov.bc.ca/courts/family/info/forms.htm
